iPhone 13 Pro Max Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions 

• The‘’iPhone 13 Pro Max Lucky Draw’’ (‘’the Giveaway’’) is organised by Burpple Pte Ltd (‘’the Organiser’’).
• By entering the Giveaway, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any further amendments made to the following Terms and Conditions (the ‘’T&Cs’’).
• The Organiser has the rights to amend the T&Cs by modifying, cancelling or suspending the Giveaway at its sole discretion at any time. Notice of any such amendments made will be posted onto the Organiser’s website.
• Only Burpple Beyond Premium signups with promo code <BELLYXMAS> that were fulfilled within 14-31 December 2021 are eligible for entries in the iPhone 13 Pro Max Lucky Draw. 
• Only Burpple Beyond referrals that were fulfilled within 14-31 December 2021 are eligible for entries in the iPhone 13 Pro Max Lucky Draw. Both the referrer and referred, upon successful sign up, will earn 10 chances each.
• Only Burpple Beyond memberships from the Gift Shop that were fulfilled within 14-31 December 2021 are eligible for entries in the iPhone 13 Pro Max Lucky Draw.
• Each (1) Burpple Beyond Premium signup, referral, and Gift Shop Burpple Beyond membership purchase is entitled to one (1) entry in the iPhone 13 Pro Max Lucky Draw.
• There will be one (1) Lucky Draw winner in total. Chances stated are equivalent to the number of lucky draw entries. Entries will be tabulated and winners will be selected at random.
• Lucky draw entries (chances) will be tabulated. The Organiser will select the winner at random, who will be notified via email by January 2022. The winner will be announced on the Organisers’ Facebook and Instagram platforms in January 2022. The winner will be notified and provided instructions on prize collection through email.
• Should any winner remain uncontactable or does not respond to the Organiser’s notification within 7 days OR a reasonable period of time, the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner or forfeit the prize, and the originally selected winner shall not be entitled to any payment or any form of compensation from the Organiser.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of value. All winners of the Giveaway agree to accept the prize in its current condition at the time of collection and are also solely responsible for any taxes, fees and/or other additional costs that may be incurred relating to the acceptance of the prize.
• The Organiser makes no warranties, representations or guarantees either expressed or implied relating to any prize, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed to be incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate in the sole and absolute opinion of the Organiser at any time. The Organiser also reserves the right to forfeit the claim of any prize at any time if the Organiser deems that there has been a breach of the T&Cs by any winner during or after the Giveaway Period.
