General & Eligibility - Flight Tickets/Staycation/LUMOS Projector Lucky Draw Giveaway

• The "Flight Tickets/Lloyd's Inn Staycation/LUMOS Projector Lucky Draw’’ (‘’the Giveaway’’) is organised by Burpple Pte Ltd (‘’the Organiser’’).
• By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any further amendments made to the following Terms and Conditions (the ‘’T&Cs’’).
• The Organiser has the rights to amend the T&Cs by modifying, cancelling or suspending the Giveaway at its sole discretion at any time. Notice of any such amendments made will be posted onto the Organiser’s website.
• The qualifying period for the Giveaway is from 5 December 2022 to 25 December 2022.
• To qualify as a participant for the Promotion, each user has to:
  a. Make at least 1 qualifying purchase with the promo code <BURPMAS> or referral through the referrer's link to Burpple Beyond Premium dining membership within the specific promotion period
      i. Each qualifying purchase/referral
         - Purchase/referral is made during the Promotion period (5 December 2022 to 25 December 2022).
         - 1 chance is awarded for every qualifying purchase or referral.
  b. Participants are able to accumulate chances through making qualifying purchases and/or referrals to qualify for the respective chances
     i. Chances can be accumulated via the following methods
        - 1 sign up to Burpple Beyond Premium with promo code <BURPMAS> fulfilled within 5 Dec to 25 Dec 2022 = 1 chance
        - 1 purchase of Burpple Beyond Premium gift card fulfilled within 5 Dec to 25 Dec 2022 = 1 chance
        - 1 referral to Burpple Beyond Premium with referrer's link fulfilled within 5 Dec to 25 Dec 2022 = 1 chance
• Burpple shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining whether a partipant has qualified for the Promotion.
• Lucky draw entries (chances) will be tabulated. The Organiser will select the winners at random, who will be notified via email by January 2023. The winners will be announced on the Organisers’ Facebook and Instagram platforms in January 2023. The winners will be notified and provided instructions on prize collection through email.
• Should any winner remain uncontactable or does not respond to the Organiser’s notification within 7 days OR a reasonable period of time, the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner or forfeit the prize, and the originally selected winner shall not be entitled to any payment or any form of compensation from the Organiser.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of value. All winners of the Giveaway agree to accept the prize in its current condition at the time of collection and are also solely responsible for any taxes, fees and/or other additional costs that may be incurred relating to the acceptance of the prize.
• The Organiser makes no warranties, representations or guarantees either expressed or implied relating to any prize, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed to be incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate in the sole and absolute opinion of the Organiser at any time. The Organiser also reserves the right to forfeit the claim of any prize at any time if the Organiser deems that there has been a breach of the T&Cs by any winner during or after the Giveaway Period.
• Burpple shall not, at any time, be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any Prize by the Winner or any person. Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude the liability of Burpple for: (a) death or personal injury; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot otherwise be limited or excluded by applicable law.
• By participating in the Promotion, the winners agree to the use by Burpple of the winners' name, photo, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for promotional, advertising, marketing and other purposes without compensation.

Prize - Flight Tickets

• The winner will be entitled to a pair of round-trip flight tickets (the "Prize") of which the outbound date of the trip has to be within 1 year from the date of notification. For the avoidance of doubt, Burpple will not cover your accomodation and any other expenses incurred from this Campaign and/or in relation to the redemption of the Prize.
• The Prize will be issued by Burpple and the Winner will have the select the flight of their choice in accordance with Burpple's terms and conditions.
• Flight tickets included as the Prize in this giveaway are of the lowest class booking fare. Additional charges may apply for higher tier classes.

Prize - Lloyd's Inn Staycation

• The winner will be entitled to one (1) night stay in the Sky Room (the "Prize") at Llyod's Inn (the "Partner").
• Burpple is not an agent of the Partner and makes no representation as to the quality, performance of the Prize, and the services provided by the Partner. The Prize is subject to the Partner’s terms and conditions. Any dispute about quality, performance of the Prize, and services provided by the Partner must be resolved directly with the Partner.
• The Prize will be issued by Burpple and the Winner will have the select the booking date and room in accordance with Burpple's terms and conditions.

Prize - LUMOS Projector

• The winner will be entitled to one (1) LUMOS RAY Home Cinema Short Throw Projector (the "Prize") from LUMOS (the "Partner").
• The winner agrees to accept the prize in its current condition at the time of collection and are also solely responsible for any taxes, fees and/or other additional costs that may be incurred relating to the acceptance of the prize.
• Burpple makes no warranties, representations or guarantees either expressed or implied relating to any prize, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Merchant Vouchers

• Terms & conditions may differ for each restaurant's dining voucher.
• Full T&Cs are stated on the voucher.
• Winners are not able to select a specific restaurant dining voucher as prizes are given out at random.
• Prizes are not exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash
• The Winner of any Prize shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize.

Social Media Giveaway

• Burpple will select winners at random. Winners will be announced on Burpple’s Facebook and Instagram account in January 2023. Winners will be notified and provided instructions on prize collection through Facebook and Instagram direct message.
• Prizes are not exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Winner of any Prize shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize.
