Burpple is looking for talented and savvy individuals putting together a business team to further the Burpple mission of partnering F&B giving businesses a voice and enjoyment providing tasty, inspiring experiences for customers. The Account Executive will manage, consult and optimize our business products with brand partners for Burpple products and related services.
• Operations: Retain clients and maintain good operational metrics for clients; Onboarding training and set up for new restaurant partners and providing day-to-day account support, and help the team to achieve targets
• Optimize: Drive order volume growth; Increase the chances of success for restaurant partners by analyzing performance and improve metrics through marketing campaigns or upsell products
• Revenue: Drive marketing spend on the platform; Upselling revenue products to improve partner performance, and to achieve targets
• Tracking and reporting of performance for key partners
• Meet with restaurant partners and solve operational issues
• Continuously improve the account management flow come up with innovative/creative ideas to grow and improve the partners account
• Work closely with the editorial team to curate and schedule weekly marketing plans for partners
• 1 - 2 years experience in accounts management
• Experience in deals, e-commerce and food delivery platforms is a plus
• Experience in the food & hospitality industry is a plus
• Someone that represents the values of being fun, fresh and enjoyment
• Influential presence in meetings, dynamic evangelist and can tear down walls
• Outstanding communication skills in all forms: written, presentations and negotiations
• Passion for Burpple’s product, other consumer Internet and mobile products.
