Senior Executive / Executive, Digital Marketing


Your mission is simple — to make Burpple and Burpple Beyond known to as many food lovers as possible.

What you’ll do

• Implement and execute digital marketing activities for Burpple and Burpple’s products – from content generation, design brief and copywriting to campaign tracking and reporting of acquisition and retention campaigns across all channels.
• Champion of social media communications and brand positioning.
• Manage and maintain Burpple’s marketing channels including website, mobile app, and email/CRM software. 
• Develop creative ideas and recommend marketing activities for Burpple user acquisition and sales of Burpple Beyond; Craft marketing/creative content to drive maximum audience engagement across multiple platforms.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic).
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
• Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics.
• Collaborate and coordinate with external digital marketing, creative and PR agencies, where applicable, to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and grow the Burpple community.
• Collaborate and coordinate with clients, partners and brands to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Prepare client proposals & present reports on campaign’s performance.
• Assist in Google AdWords and user engagement and suggest content optimization efforts.
• Work closely with regional, community, BD, product and customer success teams across Burpple.
• Contribute to content strategy for Burpple and mentor creative/marketing assistants or junior writers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties within marketing such as support for community events.

• Minimum 1- 2 years experience in social media and digital marketing and/or PR, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, consumer technology companies
• Strong command of English
• Degree in marketing, business management, public relations or communications fields preferred
• Candidates based in Singapore only
• Must have good knowledge of digital analytic tools to evaluate effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and social media best practices
• Keep up to date with popular culture and trends monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Google AdWords and web traffic metrics
• Good data interpretation and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and must be meticulous, organised, reliable and able to handle work pressure well
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
