Burpple is looking for talented and savvy individuals to further the Burpple mission of partnering F&B businesses and enjoyment for customers. The Team Lead will be responsible for the launch of the new business programme and oversee, lead and support the day-to-day operations of the programme.
• Work with the business and marketing team on the launch plan for a new business programme launch
• Train and guide new hires on their roles and ensure that they are up to speed on the day-to-day operations of the business
• Plan and map out the documentation and processes required to scale the business and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
• Lead the team in achieving KPIs and goals of the company
• Execute the deal process, managing each step from pipeline development, outreach, negotiation, contract drafting and onboarding
• Manage relationships with a large numbers of partners in scalable ways
• Work closely with the business and marketing team to ensure high satisfaction level of partners
• Work closely with product team to improve product development and processes to ensure that our partners are provided with the best-in-class products
• Represent Burpple as an evangelist at industry events
• Minimum of 4-5 years experience in business development and/or account management
• You’re sincerely interested about improving the food & hospitality industry
• Experience in delivery is a plus Someone that represents the values of fun, fresh and enjoyment
• Influential meeting presence, dynamic evangelist and can tear down walls
• Outstanding communication skills in all forms: written, presentations and negotiations
• Passion for Burpple’s product, other consumer Internet and mobile products.
